Dr. Kenneth W. Titian, D.C., L. Ac.

Dr. Kenneth W. Titian studied anthropology at Syracuse University and graduated in 1971. He spent several years working in lumber yards in northern California and country stores in rural Vermont. After recovering from a serious neck injury while under the care of a chiropractor in St. Albans, VT, he was inspired to enroll in the Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, OR, where he graduated in 1980.

Upon returning to his mother's home in New Jersey, Dr. Titian opened a chiropractic office in Fair Haven in 1981. In 1986, he attended the Tri State Institute of Traditional Chinese Acupuncture in Stamford, CT, and graduated in 1989. During this period, he was also fortunate enough to become a personal student and friend of Dr. Ki Min Kim, a gifted Korean acupuncturist, who allowed him to observe treatment of patients in his Fair Haven office for the entire three years he studied acupuncture. This friendship endured until the unexpected passing of Dr. Kim, at which time Dr. Titian maintained Dr. Kims' practices in Toms River and Somers Pt., NJ for two years until they could be taken over by Dr. Kim's son, also a student of acupuncture. In 1989, Dr. Titian became the first chiropractor in New Jersey to become a licensed acupuncturist. Dr. Titian has maintained a dual Acupuncture and Chiropractic practice at 227 Newman Springs Road, Tinton Falls, NJ, since 1994.
